After undergoing high-temperature curing treatment, its compressive strength can reach 150-200 kg/㎡, and it can bear a maximum of 500 kg of steel wire rope. Moreover, its weight is only 40%-60% of that of the same-sized metal reels. While ensuring load-bearing capacity, it also achieves lightweight, fully meeting the requirements for industrial-level storage and transportation.
Q: Can the packaging of the export orders meet the environmental protection standards of the destination countries? Are relevant certification documents provided?
A: Yes. The export packaging supports the use of plywood materials that comply with environmental protection standards such as EU CE and US FSC. The packaging materials are biodegradable and free of formaldehyde residues. We can provide documents such as material testing reports, environmental certification certificates, and quality certificates according to customer requirements to ensure smooth passage through the customs inspection of the destination countries.
Q: Can the plywood rolls be used in a humid environment and are they prone to mold or deformation?

This coating can effectively prevent water penetration and avoid mold growth, expansion, and deformation of the plywood, while not affecting the material's breathability. Q: Will the edges of the plywood have burrs that could cause scratches on the steel wire rope or the operators?
A: No. All plywood components are sandblasted three times before leaving the factory, with smooth edges without burrs.
